John Sheibenberger recently joined the SRS team as Manager of Marketing.  John has held management positions in collection operations as well as marketing for over thirty three years.

Mr. Sheibenberger's responsibilities will include obtaining new clients as well as servicing existing clients.  Since John has been involved on the marketing side of collections he has brought in over 400 new clients 300 of which are multi-family.  During Mr. Sheibenberger's career, $40,000,000 of the $82,000,000 in outside agency placements have been in the multi-family industry.  Although Mr. Sheibenberger's collection experience has always been on a national basis, his marketing efforts have been directly responsible for $2,000,000 in multi-family collections for the Houston area alone.  Mr. Sheibenberger has been associated with the Houston Apartment Association for over eight years.
